With more than 20 years of experience, Cricket’s passion is marketing. Her experience working in all three AEC sectors gives her a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of how our industry works and how companies work together. This experience allows her to think strategically and comprehensively to implement proven solutions. She is actively involved with SMPS at both the local and Society levels.

Colleen Kucera, CPSM
Director of Marketing | Ryan Companies

Colleen received Magna Cum Laude honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing at Arizona State University. Colleen is the Director of Marketing for the Southwest and Northwest regions of Ryan, a $1.5 billion dollar commercial real estate company. Colleen’s dedication and commitment to marketing in the commercial real estate industry has formerly been recognized with the SMPS Arizona member of the year award, her role as SMPS Arizona President, and her spot on AZRE’s People to Know Up and Comers List. Most recently Colleen was named one of Arizona’s Most Admired Leaders Through the Phoenix Business Journal. Colleen was a contributing author and researcher for the SMPS Foundation’s book, A/E/C Business Development…The Decade Ahead.
