Training the Trainer

May 28, 2020
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Zoom Meeting

Pivot and adapt – It’s what we do best!

Shifting to virtual meetings and interviews has brought on a new level of prep as a variety of scenarios could happen, especially scenarios we have not encountered yet.

In this 1.5-hour virtual training sessions, you’ll get tips and best practices on logistics, practices, and engagement on leading virtual interviews sessions. You will receive real and relevant information on how to lead, prompt, and coach your team when you can’t be physically in the room.

Just because the “room” is different, it does not mean the message and engagement has changed. Join us for interactive virtual training so you can help your team show up prepared, professional, and personable at their next interview – virtually or in-person.

You will gain insight into:

  • Practical tips for the logistics of virtual interviews and meetings

You will walk away with these benefits:

  • New insights on the roles of the presentation leader/trainer
  • Techniques to engage the team members during practices

You will find answers to:

  • Skills to keep the team’s interview focused on key messages and engaging the client
