SMPS Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program is intended to encourage, guide and facilitate professional career development and job skills through a forum customized to complement A/E/C industry firms.
The Mentoring Program teams marketers new to the A/E/C industry (and those wanting to “hone” their skills) with senior marketing professionals. It facilitates the development of “intentional friendships” by guiding professionals and their respective firms in career development to stay abreast of industry trends.
These new relationships provide:
1. Confidential resources to marketers and their firms
2. Expansion of professional networks
3. Access to a broad range of marketing information
4. Forum to discuss marketing issues
5. Solid foundation for professional certification through SMPS.
